This document governs your use of financemastering.com (the "Site"), operated by Enovitec Media, a division of Enovitec Group LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").
1. Our Commitment
Enovitec Media, a division of Enovitec Group LLC respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of financemastering.com (the "Site") to do the same. We respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"), 17 U.S.C. § 512.
2. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our Designated Agent (Section 4) that includes all of the following, as required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3):
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf;
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with enough detail (e.g., a URL) for us to locate it on the Site;
- Your contact information, including address, telephone number, and email address;
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
3. Our Process
Upon receipt of a complete and valid notice, we will act expeditiously to remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material and will make a good-faith effort to notify the user who posted the content, where applicable.
4. Designated DMCA Agent

Notices that do not comply with the requirements above may not receive a response.
5. Counter-Notification
If you believe material you posted was removed or disabled in error, you may submit a counter-notification to our Designated Agent that includes:
- Your physical or electronic signature;
- Identification of the material removed and its location before removal;
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification;
- Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or, if outside the U.S., for any judicial district in which the Site operator may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original notice.
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we may reinstate the material within 10-14 business days unless the original complainant files a court action seeking a restraining order.
6. Repeat Infringer Policy
We reserve the right, in appropriate circumstances, to remove content from and terminate the access of users who are determined to be repeat infringers.
7. False Claims
Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees.
