•  3.5% or 5% down payment and closing cost assistance

•  A fully forgivable second lien option (3.5% assistance forgiven after just 36 consecutive on-time payments on the first mortgage, with 0% interest and no monthly payments)

•  A repayable second-lien alternative for borrowers who prefer that structure

Paired exclusively with FHA loans, the program features highly accessible underwriting guidelines:

•  Minimum FICO as low as 600

•  No homebuyer education required for scores 640 and above

•  Manual underwriting allowed

•  Standard FHA debt-to-income ratios (no additional overlays)
